Our client is looking for your skills to join the kitchen team in this Modern Pub. The food at this establishment is fantastic; all the chefs' specials are made from scratch using the finest, freshest ingredients. Everything is cooked, baked and produced within the kitchen. This pub is part of a privately-owned group, so there is a definite probability of career progression.

Responsible for:

  • Taking on responsibility of the kitchen.
  • Designing menus and helping train junior members of the team.
  • Working as part of a very friendly team of Chefs.
  • Cooking from fresh for up to 250 - 2000 covers a week.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards.
  • Learning new dishes and new styles and consistently striving to be at the leading edge in food fashion.
  • Working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Own transport essential.
