Location: Foxhills Collection - Ottershaw, Surrey
Type: Casual, including weekends and evenings
About Us: Foxhills Collection is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, and world-class spa facilities. Located in Ottershaw, our establishment offers an unparalleled experience amidst stunning surroundings.
Responsibilities:
- Lifeguarding our indoor and outdoor swimming pools and keeping our members and visitors safe
- Welcoming guests and members and dealing with general enquiries
- Completing and recording safety checks
- Dealing with any issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Supporting other departments as required, including the cleaning team when you're not on poolside.
Requirements:
- Fully NPLQ qualified
- Able to act quickly, calmly and effectively to any situation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by spa schedules and business needs
