About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our client’s sales team in Horsham. This role involves developing customer relationships, processing sales orders, and providing dedicated sales and technical support to clients across various industries, including industrial, aerospace, infrastructure, and commercial sectors. You will play a key role in generating customer quotations, managing sales orders from start to finish, liaising with suppliers, and promoting value-added services such as bespoke assemblies and custom solutions. The role offers autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to a friendly, customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer accounts to achieve sales targets
- Work closely with suppliers to source and quote products effectively
- Process and manage sales orders, ensuring smooth fulfilment
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, video, and email
- Promote and upsell value-added services such as custom assemblies and kitting
- Collaborate with sales colleagues and management to drive business growth
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to maximise profitability
