The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Our well established client based in Keighley are looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper for a permanent position.
Duties include:
- Bookkeeping & VAT return work:
- Bookkeeping from prime records for a range of different business sectors and structures
- As part of above; ensure banks are reconciled, ledgers are kept tidy, up to date and accurate, balancing and verifying balance sheet items like PAYE, wage control
- Preparing VAT returns in an accurate and timely matter
- Overseeing, mentoring & training more junior staff to assist
Hours: Full Time hours - Monday to Friday (however part time may be considered)
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in an accounting practice however this is desirable not essential. Candidates MUST have previous bookkeeping experience using packages such as Xero, Sage or Quickbooks to apply for this role.
