FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a CRM Consultant. The successful candidate will provide excellent understanding of building and implementing management systems. This role will be a full-time position based out of their Silchester office.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Design and implement CRM solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system.
- Provide support on system architecture for CRM deployment.
- Maintain system configuration and user guides.
- Assisting company strategies, team goals and meeting project deadlines.
- Support new technologies with the commercial team.
- Resolve any issues via phone and email in a timely manner.
Experience/Qualification:
- 3+ years proven experience in a customer facing CRM consultant role.
