The role: This role will support the ongoing growth of Hussle within the UK fitness industry. You will manage a pipeline of fitness partner sales opportunities that need to be qualified, engaged, and signed-up to list their venue on the Hussle marketplace. You will provide feedback to the business on how we can improve our proposition and better support the fitness operators we seek to work with.

What it involves:

  • Outbound lead generation of target fitness operators in assigned regions - this is a predominantly outbound sales role
  • Qualify and convert marketing-generated inbound leads
  • Participating in digital and in-person events and webinars to support lead generation and increase brand awareness
  • Prepare and present sales pitches that are customised to senior decision makers at target fitness operators over the telephone or via video calls
  • Objection handling and contract negotiation
  • Optimisation of the sales process through providing insight feedback to management

Who you are:

  • Previous B2B sales experience ideally over the telephone or via video calls
  • Exceptional communication and presenting skills
  • Highly motivated, professional and very organised
  • Confident at handling objections and negotiating a good outcome for all parties
  • Strong closing skills, a commercially sharp mind, and plenty of resilience to consistently deliver new business for the company
  • Used to working with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar)
  • Experience of the health and fitness industry on a professional or personal level (nice-to-have)

What we can offer you:

  • OTE of £50,000 pa dependent upon experience. Base salary is 70% of the OTE.
  • Free access to the fitness services listed on Hussle
  • A hybrid role (primarily WFH) but with occasional office days (2-3) in central London (location to be confirmed) once our new office opens
