About the Role
As Student Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing student support services, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring smooth operations that contribute to an outstanding student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop the Student Services Team – Recruit, train, and manage a team dedicated to supporting international students.
- Student Enquiries & Support – Act as the primary point of contact, resolving student concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Communication with Students & Parents – Ensure timely, proactive, and clear communication throughout the student journey.
- Student Information Management – Oversee the collection and organisation of crucial student data to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement – Gather and evaluate student feedback, implementing improvements to enhance future experiences.
- Financial Reporting – Monitor student payments, create reports, and provide updates to the finance team.
- Coordinate Student Arrivals – Support airport transfers and oversee seamless student arrivals during the summer months.
