Support Worker

The people we support want to learn new skills and try new activities with Support Workers who are passionate about supporting them. They also want caring people to support them with personal care, cooking, shopping and other fun activities!

Key Tasks:

• Support with shopping for things they wish to buy, including clothes and food.

• Support to manage their own money

• Help, encourage, support to do their housework, including cleaning and laundry

• Support with medication

• Keep written records, using IT systems to update support plans, financial info and health and safety records?

• High Street Discounts – Retail and Entertainment (supermarkets, hospitality, pubs, cinema etc.) which could be worth up to £1200

• Life Assurance and Company Pension

• Industry leading, award winning, training

• Enhanced DBS paid for by us

• We offer a salary advance scheme where you can access up to 50% of the money you’ve earned before payday.
