We are currently on the lookout for enthusiastic Level 3 Qualified Nursery Play Workers to join one of our esteemed partner Nursery schools situated in Crawley. If you are readily available (with notice periods taken into account) and boast prior experience in nurturing young minds within a nursery environment, we want to hear from you. A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and possession of either a CACHE or NVQ Level 3 qualification are prerequisites for this role.

About the Role: We are in search of adept Nursery Play Workers who are ready to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in nurturing and guiding children aged newborn to 5 years old.
- A comprehensive understanding of the current EYFS framework.
- A CACHE or NVQ Level 1-3 qualification (or equivalent UK certification).
- The ability to cater to the individual needs of each child, whether in small groups or one-on-one.
- Availability to furnish 2 references, with at least one reference from your most recent employer.
- A solid 10-year employment/education background.
