Chef de Partie Role: As a Chef De Partie, you will assist the Head Chef, and Sous Chefs in the preparation and service of food for all outlets including Restaurant, Bar, Cafe, Staff Restaurant and Event Catering. Ensuring that the highest standards of quality and hygiene are maintained at all times. You will be given the opportunity to work on all sections of the kitchen, serving exceptional food in a luxury environment, using fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu and an emphasis on local produce.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, members club would be beneficial but not essential
  • Someone who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare
  • A self-motivated and hardworking individual who is a team player
  • An individual with impeccable cleaning standards, who is dedicated to maintaining a safe and pleasant environment
  • A minimum of two years experience as a Demi Chef de Partie
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 Culinary/Chef qualification
  • Must be a team player and work well with and train others
  • A desire to produce food of the highest quality and presentation
  • Having the ability to adapt efficiently to guest requests

Hours: 40 hours per week.
