Pour the pints, mix the magic, and keep the energy high! SpiegelGardens needs Bartenders who can serve up great drinks with speed and style! Over 31 electrifying nights, we'll host 90+ incredible artists across four unique spaces, including the spectacular WundaBarn and the lively Spotlight bandstand. If you love the thrill of a busy bar and want to be part of Brighton's biggest pop-up party, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do:
- Serve drinks quickly, efficiently, and with a smile, keeping up with high festival demand.
- Create an awesome atmosphere behind the bar, making every guest feel welcome.
- Work as part of a high-energy team, supporting each other during peak rushes.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol and comply with licensing regulations.
- Keep the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly throughout each shift.
- Maintain a positive attitude to make it through the unpredictable and create a great team environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in bar work or hospitality (festival experience is a huge plus, but not essential!).
- A fast-paced work ethic; you can pour, serve, and chat all at once.
