An exciting opportunity has arisen for a vibrant and professional Front of House Receptionist to join a lovely team in the heart of Harrogate City Centre. This role is ideal for someone who loves making a fantastic first impression and enjoys providing exceptional customer service! As the first point of contact for visitors, the Front of House Receptionist will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, offering a welcoming, friendly, and professional service from start to finish.
Hours: 9-5 Monday - Friday, 1 hour for lunch, 35 hours a week £22,222 - £25,000 (£12.21 - £13.74)
Key Responsibilities:- Answering and directing phone calls with warmth and efficiency
- Managing and sorting incoming and outgoing post with accuracy
- Typing and preparing correspondence, ensuring a high level of professionalism
- Greeting visitors with a friendly smile and a welcoming attitude
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms to ensure smooth operations
