Our Stockport business has a firmly established and extremely successful team covering a wide geographical area including Greater Manchester/Lancashire (Cover People) and overseas placements at our International Schools (Worldwide Teaching). About You
At Cover People, we are looking for either an experienced and ambitious education recruitment consultant who is looking for a new challenge and would benefit from being rewarded highly for their efforts and skill. Alternatively, if you have a background in another recruitment industry like healthcare, or are an aspiring salesperson or education graduate, this could be the role for you!
You will be highly motivated and driven by success, confident working within a target driven environment and passionate about your career and its progression. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate examples of previous accomplishments or transferrable skills, but will also be able to demonstrate and display:
- A “whatever it takes” attitude
- Organised, resilient and able to succeed in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Good negotiator and relationship builder - capable of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Desire to succeed and be self-motivated in order to reach targets and goals
- Initiative taker with the ability to influence and work well within a team
- Be honest and show integrity, whilst having a good sense of humour
