£90,000 Basic Salary, £110,000 OTE year one rising to £120K Basic, £150K OTE in future years. This is not just another management position; it is an opportunity to shape the future of a thriving UK operation supported by the strength of a global leader.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader ready to take the next step towards becoming a Managing Director. In this role, you will oversee three sales teams, each led by Sales Directors who focus on distinct market niches. All sales are via distribution channels, but the product range services three different markets.
This is a genuine Managing Director Designate position where you will work closely with the current Managing Director to learn new aspects of running a business, including Marketing, HR, finance, Service and logistics. It is anticipated that you will take over the business within six to twelve months.
In Return, as a Senior Sales Director You Will Receive:
- A starting base salary of approximately £90,000 and a bonus of around £20,000 based on achieving Year One targets.
- As you assume additional responsibilities, your base salary will increase to a total package of £150,000.
