Cortez is partnering with one of TikTok’s biggest names to hit the skincare market, renowned for their positioning in the industry for years they are dominating the sector with their innovative products and sleek branding. What you will be doing day to day: Managing all day to day operations within the influencer and creator channel. Negotiating fees, contracts and briefs for partnerships. Collating and building out a database of creators who align with the brand for monthly gifting and PR. Analysing data and performance from past collaborations with creators to direct the channels strategy. Working on NPD campaigns with creators, ensuring a seamless launch. Reporting directly to the general manager. What you will need: Minimum 2 years experience working within the influencer marketing sector either in brand or agency. A strong network of influencers and creators within the beauty demographic. A clear understanding of the beauty industry, social trends and key creators. Natural flare for negotiating and a proactive approach to bringing in new talent for the brand to partner with.
