Experienced Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef. We can provide accommodation with this position if needed. £36,000 - £37,500 per annum (basic + tronc) AND there is a further £2000 to earn in bonus.
The Inn at West End Village, Woking, GU24 9PW. A lovely character Pub with a hidden courtyard garden and 12 well-maintained boutique rooms, very close to the M3.

What we expect:
Our Sous Chefs are committed and passionate about their teams and about the food that they serve. You will need to have some previous experience of working in a high-volume kitchen delivering dishes to company time standards and specification and managing teams of up to 4 Chefs and KPs on a busy service. A key factor of your success will be the ability to remain calm under pressure, and have the qualities to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce great food. You will have a solid commitment to mentoring and developing teams, and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Head Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation. You will strive to ensure the kitchen is run professionally, profitably, efficiently and compliantly.
