Location: Tyseley, Birmingham (working from office and home)

All works related expenses paid, pension scheme, laptop and mobile phone provided.

Working Hours: 11.00pm till 2.00pm (Mon – Fri) but remaining flexible to work longer or different times to meet job demands and client needs.

Dynamic Resourcing Services Ltd has been established for over 15 years and specialises in Recruitment and Workplace Support, providing services to local and national blue-chip clients. Due to high demand within our Industrial and Facilities Management client recruitment needs, we are looking for a part-time HR and Payroll Administrator to join our Dynamic Team.

Purpose of Job: This position is responsible for the administrative support of the Company’s Payroll System, HR and Back Office Support functions.

Basic Duties:

  • Work will be based at office / Remotely from home
  • Carry out candidate onboarding process.
  • Communicate with all new candidates.
  • Maintain and update company CRM system.
  • Sending and receiving candidate application forms and setting up documents on systems.
  • Carry out candidate video calls as part of the Identity verification checks.
  • Send out new starter information emails.
  • Assist in candidates Right to Work checks and compliances.
  • Provide administrative support to maintain company various industry accreditation.
  • To provide administrative support to back office and Payroll related functions.
  • Assist in time sheets and payroll (training will be provided).
  • Achieve results within time restraints.

Any other duties as instructed by Senior Management within the scope of this role including any associated companies.

Work Experience / Skills:

  • Ideally working experience with primary responsibility for Office Administration within Recruitment Industry or Human Resources background.
  • Computer Skills ie, MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Emails and Internet.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Confidence.
  • Verbal and Written Skills.
  • Organisational Skills.

Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour and start immediately.
