Enforcement Agent – Self-Employed - Commission Only

  • Β£40,000 - Β£90,000+ Commission Only, Realistic Earnings After Certification (Uncapped Commission)
  • A Full UK Driving Licence Is Required.
  • Nationwide – 1-Hour Radius from Home Postcode

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's largest judicial debt collection and recovery companies. We are looking for confident characters interested in engaging as Self-Employed Enforcement Agents. Training is provided for this opportunity, you will need to be a strong negotiator with the confidence and ability to defuse situations in a calm and professional manner and, ideally, hold the following experience:

  • Close Protection, Private or Maritime Security
  • Military/Army – Royal Marines, Royal Navy, Air Force - Special Forces
  • Debt Recovery - Warrant Officer – Doorstep Lending/Collections, Civil Enforcement
  • Self-Employed – Business Owners – Sole Trader
  • Commission Only, Sales, Business Development
  • Face to Face or Door to Door Sales, Field Sales, B2B and B2C Sales
  • Enforcement or Eviction Agent
  • Security, SIA Licenced – Head Doorman
  • Housing, Immigration Officer

About the role:

A field-based role where you will visit debtors’ homes/businesses to collect payments. You will need to pass a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB/DBS) check process and hold a full UK Driving Licence.

As an Enforcement Agent, you will be receiving:

  • Weekly Pay
  • Extensive City & Guilds accredited training and support through your certification, including 'on' street field mentoring.
  • Mentoring and Support during and after Certification.
  • A self-employed field-based role with access to work volumes makes for realistic OTE and uncapped commission opportunities.
