Location: Brierley Hill and Social Care Centre, with occasional clinics at Russells Hall Hospital, Dudley, and Stourbridge Health and Social Care Clinic.

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

  • Monday – Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
  • Friday: 08:45 - 12:45
  • (Some flexibility can be discussed if necessary)

Contract: Temporary until January 2026.

Payrate: £20 per hour PAYE / £25 per hour UMBRELLA

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of audiological assessments and procedures, including but not limited to:

  • Testing required for ENT Clinics – PTA, Tympanometry.
  • Performing/assisting with:
  • Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA)
  • Performance Audiometry
  • Play Audiometry
  • Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA)
  • Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE)
  • Tympanometry
  • Paediatric rehabilitation experience would be highly beneficial but is not essential. This includes assessing, fitting, and follow-ups for children with hearing aids.
  • Requirements:

    • Relevant Audiology qualifications and experience.
    • Competence in performing the above audiological assessments and procedures.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
