We are currently recruiting for a Clerk of Works to support a pharmaceutical client in Northumberland.
Scope of Work:
- Ensure all construction work is carried out by the contractor onsite in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures.
- Conduct Quality, H&S and Environmental audits.
- Consult with the clients and work collaboratively, provide updates on progress as well as identifying any issues and resolving them.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Co-ordinate with Supervisors, Engineers & Managers for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Technical qualification or relevant in Construction.
- Previous industrial experience with Pharmaceutical or a similar process environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in Clerks of Works or as a Construction Supervisor.
- Sound knowledge of CDM regulations.
- Able to assist in multiple projects.
5 month contract, 31st March 2025 start, Inside IR35.
