You will be joining a leading specialist consultancy in the IWMS space focused on uniting analytics in the real estate, lease accounting, facilities and space management world into a single specialist platform.
You will need core knowledge working with SaaS solutions and hands-on experience with IWMS systems (Eptura, Tririga, Planon, Archibus etc). You will need prior experience with enterprise software pre-sales, technical support experience and have prior user knowledge of IWMS systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical support experience but the ability to take this prior experience into a client-facing role with excellent communication and client satisfaction skills.
This is a varied role with complete flexibility working remotely or at client sites – there would be some EMEA travel to client engagements.
