Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Our client in Dudley has urgent requirements for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include – * Providing electrical maintenance for site facilities, Foundry melting and casting equipment, sand mould machines, conveyor systems, bucket elevators and shot blast machines. * Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns * Reading and working from electrical / panel drawings, fault finding down to a component level * PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults * Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineer, the ideal candidate will – * Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry / manufacturing * Have an electrical qualification (level 3 or above) * Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc) * Flexibility with overtime due to business needs On offer – * A basic salary of up to £42K * A weekly rotating shift pattern: 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm * Overtime paid at time + 1/3 midweek and Saturday, time + ½ Sunday * 33 days holiday, including bank holidays * Internal and external training * Career progression Please apply with your CV via CV Library and one of our consultants will be in touch
