Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreman looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our client's team on a residential construction site in Ipswich. You'll play a crucial role in overseeing the finishing stages of 90 traditional build homes, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion. This is a long term position starting as soon as possible and running until December. Key Responsibilities: – Assist the Site Manager in daily operations and site management tasks. – Supervise finishing work on-site to ensure it meets project specifications and timelines. – Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to maintain workflow and site safety. – Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and compliance with safety regulations. – Help manage the site team, providing guidance and support as needed. – Conduct regular site meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders. Requirements: – Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification. – CSCS card holder. – Proven experience in residential construction, particularly in finishing phases. – Strong leadership and communication skills. – Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. – A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
