Main Responsibilities: Conduct specialist assessments for individuals who are deaf, deafblind, or have hearing impairments, including evaluations for environmental aids and assistive technologies, in compliance with the Care Act 2014. Collaborate with citizens to perform holistic assessments of their needs, abilities, and circumstances to determine the necessary resources, equipment, or minor adaptations to enhance their independence. Identify eligible needs of citizens in accordance with the Care Act 2014. Provide assistance and advice on various issues related to citizens' support needs, including risk management, benefit maximization, support services, and equipment options to help them develop their support packages.
