A unique opportunity for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and highly successful Creative Founder & CEO across both business and private family office affairs. This is a pivotal role, acting as the right hand to a high profile creative visionary entrepreneur. The role requires a highly organised, discreet, and proactive individual with excellent judgment, emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to pre-empt needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and be adept at managing both the professional and personal aspects of the principal’s life with seamless efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive diary management across multiple time zones — prioritising, gatekeeping, and ensuring seamless scheduling
  • Inbox management — drafting correspondence, flagging priorities, and actioning tasks
  • Coordination of board meetings, client meetings, and creative project timelines
  • Preparing documents, presentations, and research briefs ahead of meetings
  • Liaising with high-profile business partners, collaborators, and stakeholders
  • Project management across business and philanthropic ventures
  • Handling confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Travel coordination — both business and personal — including itineraries, visas, and logistics
  • Managing expenses, invoices, and basic financial administration

Private & Family Office Support

  • Personal diary management — coordinating family schedules, holidays, and appointments
  • Household management including liaising with staff, contractors, and suppliers
  • Event planning — from intimate dinners to larger private gatherings
  • Booking personal appointments, restaurants, and social engagements
  • Gift buying and research
  • Overseeing personal projects and lifestyle management
  • Running errands and ad hoc personal tasks
