Patient Bookers needed! Location: Newcastle Under Lyme

Temporary role

Rate of pay: £12.44ph - £12.60ph

Working hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday

Adecco are looking for experienced Patient Bookers to join our client's team on a temporary basis. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills shine? What You'll Be Doing:

As a Patient Booker, your role will be pivotal in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey. Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments and ensuring patients receive all necessary information prior to appointment
• Following up with patients to keep them informed
• Managing changes to appointments and handling cancellations
• Maintaining patient records ensuring information and contact details are up to date

What We're Looking For:

• ESSENTIAL - Previous experience in medical appointment booking - ideally within a hospital or GP environment
• A valid Basic DBS certificate
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient with IT
