Location: Leominster (Herefordshire)
Salary: DOE £40,000k – £45,000k
Hours: Monday – Friday (42.5hrs)

A fantastic opportunity to join a modern and friendly accident repair centre in Leominster (Herefordshire). The Assistant Bodyshop Manager supports the Bodyshop Manager in overseeing the daily operations, managing the repair process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising staff. The role requires strong organisational, leadership, and technical skills to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence. You will also be expected to support with VDA work across the site.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Assist in scheduling and prioritizing repair work
Monitor the workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs
Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
Inspect vehicles post-repair to confirm quality standards are met
Create accurate, right first time repair assessments
Develop and or maintain an excellent knowledge and understanding of all insurer/customer contracts
Maintain effective communication skills with both internal and external customers Benefits:
