The salary scale for this post (Band 4) is currently £26,835 - £31,586 per annum. Successful candidates normally commence on the first point of the pay scale; however, depending on the successful candidate's current financial package, skills and experience, we may be able to facilitate a higher starting salary upon request.

JOB PURPOSE: To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery by providing a range of scaffolding duties to Housing Executive properties while upholding safety guidelines and complying with all applicable Codes and Regulations in line with our vision and values.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hold a valid CISRS scaffolder (blue card) with system scaffold for a minimum of two years. (Please include dates)
