My client are hiring for an experienced operations leader with a passion for safety, efficiency, and excellence in the energy sector. Overseeing operations and maintenance for key offshore assets.

Lead and develop the onshore O&M team, ensuring safe and efficient delivery. Act as the focal point for regulatory bodies, ensuring full compliance. Drive operational strategy, business planning, and performance excellence. Champion HSE leadership, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise operations and asset integrity.

Degree-qualified in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management within the energy sector. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Offshore certifications (BOSIET & OGUK Medical) required. Based in Aberdeen with a competitive package and career growth.
