Responsibilities Oversee multimodal shipments from start to finish, including liaising with agents, managing bill of ladings, clearance instructions, deliveries, and special requirements. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document organisation. Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and inventory management. Answer and direct phone enquiries professionally. Provide administrative support to the operations team. Use computerised systems and software for data management. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the shipping industry, within a freight forwarding role. Solid knowledge of import/export via sea and air. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and quick adaptability to new software. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette.
