I'm looking for X3 Receptionist And Concierge in Wokingham Role: Corporate Receptionist – 12-month Permanent Contract Location: Wokingham Hourly Rate: £13.65 per hour Job Description: * Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 32 hours per week (unpaid one hour lunch break) * Key Responsibilities: * · Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner and direct them appropriately. * · Manage and schedule meeting room bookings and serve as the central contact for meeting room enquiries. * · Coordinate with catering and events teams. * · Sign in visitors and issue badges. * · Manage visitor schedule. * · Assist at events. * · Oversee car AV charging points. * · Perform additional administrative tasks as required. * The Ideal Candidate: * · Previous experience working as a Corporate Receptionist is desirable * · Excellent communication skills * · Friendly and approachable * · Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently * · Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks * · Proactive and takes initiative to solve problems and support where needed without needing constant supervision. * · Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. * · Team Player * · Adaptable, able to handle a busy working environment
