Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
My client is a leading FM Hard services provider. They are currently seeking a mobile maintenance supervisor. You will have your city and guilds or equivalent in electrical with 18th edition and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include looking after 5 other engineers, making sure PPM\’s and KPI\’s are completed, toolbox talks and day to day management, working with the engineers and clients with any problems or maintenance tasks, general maintenance duties when engineers are away, general paperwork, working with sub-contractors.
Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary is up to 46K with van, phone, company benefits and more.
