Contract Demolition Supervisor – Leicestershire Connect Grp UK Ltd is pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity for a Contract Demolition Supervisor on behalf of our client, a reputable demolition company based in Leicestershire. This is a temporary position for six weeks, offering an attractive daily rate of £260p/day. The ideal candidate will possess solid experience as a Site Supervisor, specifically in the demolition sector, and is eager to contribute to our client's ongoing projects. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the demolition industry. Strong understanding of demolition processes and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Up-to-date relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, CCDO). Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily demolition operations to ensure safety and efficiency. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards and regulations. Provide direction and support to the workforce, ensuring effective team dynamics. Report project progress to senior management and address any issues that arise promptly.
