Job Title: Site Manager – Retail Project (1 Week Contract) Location: Flint, CH6 5GB Start Date: Monday, 24th March 2025 Duration: 1 Week Pay Rate: £270 per day Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 1-week retail project in Flint (CH6 5GB), starting Monday, 24th March. The role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on schedule, and maintaining health and safety compliance on-site. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient progress. * Manage subcontractors and coordinate work schedules. * Conduct site inductions and ensure health & safety compliance. * Monitor site activity, ensuring quality standards are met. * Liaise with the client and project team, providing updates and reports. Requirements: * SMSTS Certification * Manager’s CSCS Card (Essential) * 3-Day First Aid * Fire Marshal Certification * Asbestos Awareness * Hot Works Ticket (Can be completed online if needed) * Previous experience managing retail fitout/refurbishment projects. * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
