We are looking for a highly organised and proactive office manager to support the smooth running of a busy construction company. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail,and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. The role: Overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating team activities. Handling office supplies, facilities management, and supplier relationships. Assisting with board reporting and general administrative support. Acting as a key point of contact for staff and external stakeholders. About you: Previous experience as an office manager, ideally within the construction sector. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach. Excellent communication and ability to work effectively within a large team. Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
