As we expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join us in our mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
As a Charge Nurse, you will be a key leader on our nursing team, responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of patient care. This role requires a dynamic and experienced individual who can lead by example, promote a collaborative atmosphere, and ensure the highest standards of nursing practice are maintained.
Responsibilities:- Assume a leadership role in the daily operations of the nursing unit
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate and delegate patient care assignments to ensure optimal workflow
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, intervening as necessary
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Act as a resource and advocate for both patients and nursing staff
