As a Charge Nurse, you will be a key leader on our nursing team, responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of patient care. This role requires a dynamic and experienced individual who can lead by example, promote a collaborative atmosphere, and ensure the highest standards of nursing practice are maintained.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume a leadership role in the daily operations of the nursing unit
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support
  • Coordinate and delegate patient care assignments to ensure optimal workflow
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, intervening as necessary

  • You must be a fully qualified General nurse, Mental health nurse or Learning disability nurse
  • 2+ Years Nursing experience
  • A Valid NMC Pin
