Experience in an operational HSE role in a manufacturing/ production environment, with minimum 5 years in a Senior Leadership HSE role.
High level of knowledge and understanding of applicable ISO and/or OSHA standards.
Duties: Provide strategic leadership and vision in HSE for the companys global operations.
Create and implement a change programme to embed and develop a positive HSE culture across the organisation.
Drive and improve employee engagement within the organisation on all health and safety best practices.
Liaise with external bodies including the HSE, OSHA, Environmental Offices, Councils, contractors, fire service and other regulatory and professional stakeholders.
