Repairs Supervisor

Workman's Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded and long-established Social Housing Contractor, renowned for delivering building maintenance and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the education sector for over 80 years. We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee multi-site projects, ensuring high-quality work in planned maintenance, external wall systems, and cladding projects. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work meets health & safety and compliance standards. * Manage a team of skilled trade staff and subcontractors across multiple sites. * Conduct pre-work inspections, set up work areas, and complete post-inspections. * Maintain strong relationships with clients, the public, and subcontractors to ensure project success. * Deliver Toolbox Talks and Risk Assessment Method Statements. * Monitor team productivity, report progress to the Contracts Manager, and conduct on-site welfare checks. Requirements: * Full UK Manual Driving License * CSCS Card / SSSTS * Experience or background in planned maintenance and technical knowledge of external walls. * Experience managing a team of trade staff across multiple sites. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the public. * Ability to manage workload and work independently. Desirable Skills & Certifications: * Experience with cladding & FRA. * Scaffold inspection – training can be provided. * First Aid – training can be provided. * IPAF, PASMA, SSSTS/SMSTS.
