Swift Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division has a fantastic opportunity for an Office Manager / Customer Services to join our client’s operations division in Holmfirth.

We are looking for an experienced, organised and highly motivated Office Manager / Customer Services to join our team, ensuring the smooth running of our office environment.

Job Role:

· First contact with Customers and Suppliers

· Answering Phone calls and emails

· Receive, place and confirmation of Purchase Orders

· Daily Invoicing

· Daily Ledgers

· Statement of accounts

· Purchase Orders to suppliers

· Accurate Filling

· Minute – taking

· Schedule Meetings

· Diary Management

· Holiday Management

· Deal with New starters and Personnel Files

· BOM’s

· Weekly Figures report to COO

· Audit

· Monthly stock/Inventory

· Monthly Expenses

· Cover for Dispatch role

· Proactive and positive approach to work

· Provide high quality support to employees, senior management, customers and suppliers.

· Dealing with daily Post

· Data inputting

· Identify and implement improvements

· Maintain high standards of health, safety and food safety

· Maintain/ purchase refreshments

Experience Required:

· Time Management: Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.

· Communication: Excellent communication skills.

· System Knowledge: Experience with Sage & Intouch systems, Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Office and Excel.

· Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with managers across the business.

· Confidentiality: Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

· Hands-On Approach: Practical involvement in all duties.

· Numeracy, Literacy, IT Skills: High proficiency required.

· Problem Solving: Ability to work strategically under pressure.

· Team Player: Strong teamwork skills, but ability to work alone & multi-task.

· System Improvements: Track record of contributing to system efficiency improvements.

Working Hours:

· Days: Monday – Friday

· Hours: 8am – 4.30pm. 8.5 hours per day-5 days/week

Salary:

· £26,000.00 per annum.
