Mechanical Project Manager

Our Client is a building services specialist, experienced in providing complete mechanical and electrical services to largescale city centre projects. Due to continued growth my client is looking for a Project Manager (Mech bias) to join an exciting and fast-growing team. (Perm)

Their ideal candidate will:

• Have worked on large scale commercial projects.
• Some Elec experience.
• Used to working in a fast paced environment.
• Strong leader who can provide solutions fast.
• Report directly to the Mech Operations Manager.
• Experience with fit-out and new build would be desirable.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Management of site management team, Site Managers and Site Supervisors
• Attend and minute a weekly Operational Meeting to keep each other appraised from both a health and safety and programming point of view.
• Attendance at site visits / meetings.
