Expert welcome applications for this new position with a prominent Drylining Contractor based in the Dungiven area. Our Client works within the Commercial, Residential, Education and Leisure sectors throughout NI & ROI, and have secured a number of new projects for the next 24 months. They currently wish to recruit a Drylining Technician / Coordinator to help with the delivery of these projects.

Job Overview

Our Client is looking for a detail-oriented Drylining Technician Coordinator to manage drylining contracts in Ireland. You will ensure materials meet specifications, analyse contracts, source materials, and oversee project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review drywall systems (partitions, acoustic ratings, fire performance, grid ceilings) for compliance with job criteria.
  • Review contracts and prepare technical submittals for approval.
  • Source drywall materials at competitive prices from suppliers.
  • Order materials, track deliveries, verify invoices, and chase credit notes.
  • Manage construction sign-off sheets for project completion.

We are looking for a proactive individual who can design and implement efficient systems and processes within their role to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in drylining or construction, with knowledge of Irish standards.
  • Strong technical analysis in building materials procurement, and organisational skills.
