Essential Criteria: To apply for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a HR Administrator within a busy HR Department, with experience in the following areas:
  • Recruitment (end to end process)
  • Employee relations
  • Payroll including collating for onward transmission to Finance
  • Experience of using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms)
  • Experience using a HR electronic platform, e.g., iTrent, PAMS, Bright HR
  • We would like you to have:

    • Experience working across both N Ireland and Ireland, with a good understanding of employment legislation in both jurisdictions.
