The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8:30am 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am 3:15pm.

As an Estimator you will be responsible for preparing competitive tenders and estimates for our Group Services Flooring Division across various building sectors. In doing this you will consider different factors like quality assurance, materials, transportation, production and labour costs to name just a few. You will be responsible for pricing all activities, tender adjudication and document submission.

You will be a key part in the winning of new business, working closely with other departments including design, construction, sales, and contracts to provide the client with the most cost-effective tender information.

To be successful in this role you will need to have at GCSE grade C or above in English, Maths and Science. A minimum of a HNC in construction or a commercial qualification would be preferred but not essential. It is essential that applicants come from a position with at least 3 years of estimating or quantity surveying prior to this.
