We are currently recruiting for Machine Operators within the Finishing and Mailing departments for our highly reputable client based in Lisburn. This is a busy environment where attention to detail and confidentiality is key.

Location: Lisburn

Duration: Temporary - permanent

Starting Salary: £11.44 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm (30 minute lunch, 15 x 2 breaks)

Finishing Dept: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 4:30pm (30 minute lunch, 15 x 2 breaks)

Benefits:

  • 25 days holidays + 9 statutory holidays

Duties:

  • Previous experience with operating similar machinery advantageous
  • Working within a secure environment
  • Working to tight customer SLA's / KPI's
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good communication skills
  • As a key member of the team you will help to assist in various key production processes during the finishing stages and will also help ensure:
  • The quality of the product is of a high standard
  • Health & Safety standards are adhered to
  • All administration / record keeping is accurate
  • Equipment is maintained and good housekeeping

Essential Criteria:

  • A keen eye and attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good communication skills

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, although full training will be provided
