This is a full-time role as a Client Services Representative at the client’s City of London office, providing high-quality service to wealthy individuals. Responsibilities include client relationship management, executing trades, and supporting the investment team with portfolio management., * Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing needs related to investments, cash management, and trading.

Execute trades across public market investments and manage structured products from issuance to settlement.

Manage client portfolios, including cash balances, loans, and investments, while ensuring alignment with their objectives.

Handle client onboarding, regulatory reviews, and ongoing client document management.

Provide operational and administrative support to the investment team in portfolio management and trade execution.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience as a Client Services Representative or similar role. They will have experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management, with strong knowledge of capital markets and experience executing trades. They will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. FCA registration and a Level 4 RDR-compliant qualification are required, but support will be given to complete this if needed.
