We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and scale our AI-driven automation platform, integrating with third-party services (Salesforce, OpenAI, Anthropic, LlamaIndex, etc.) and deploying cloud-based applications. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and wants to shape the future of medical-legal automation.
Key Responsibilities- Software Development & Cloud Integration • Build and maintain scalable solutions using Node.js, Python, and React Native (Tamagui). • Architect and manage a Firebase backend (Firestore, Functions, Authentication). • Deploy and optimise cloud applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- AI & Third-Party Service Integrations • Develop integrations with AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex). • Build secure authentication and data synchronisation pipelines with services like Salesforce. • Optimise AI-driven document parsing, search, and automation workflows.
- Project Ownership & Agile Development • Work directly with the CEO and CTO to define requirements and execute strategic projects. • Take full ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and scalability. • Follow agile methodologies, using Jira, Confluence, and Git-based workflows.
- Expertise in: Node.js, Python, React Native (Tamagui preferred).
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Database Management: Strong experience with Firebase.
- API & Security: Skilled in OAuth, REST, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
- AI Experience: Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex.
- Collaboration & Ownership: Ability to work independently, own projects, and present solutions to leadership.
