We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join the team here at CMC Markets. We are looking for someone to work across the broad-based remuneration portfolio to provide advice and guidance to the HR team and the broader business on our remuneration framework, policies and processes. Performing detailed analysis and modelling of internal and external remuneration data to draw insights.
