They are now recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, as they build something special in Glasgow. This is a key role in delivering impactful, data-driven campaigns.

What we’re looking for:
- A well-rounded digital marketer who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
- An expert in Google Ads, paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), and SEO —with a track record of driving results.
- A Google Analytics pro, experienced in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance measurement.
- Someone who is both deeply analytical and highly creative, comfortable working with data in the morning and crafting engaging campaigns in the afternoon.
- A collaborative and energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and optimising paid media campaigns across key platforms.
- Developing SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Analysing performance data and creating insightful reports for clients.
- Proactively identifying improvements and opportunities to maximise campaign success.
- Playing an active role in coaching, mentoring, and shaping the team’s future.
Additional desired experience:
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and website performance improvements.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and a basic understanding of HTML.
- Knowledge of media buying, including traditional or programmatic placements.
- Experience in organic social media strategy, including content planning, audience engagement, and performance tracking across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
