Our client is a global Property and FM Service Provider, with an impressive portfolio of clients across many sectors. They are currently looking to hire a Shift Leader for a corporate site in Canary Wharf.
As the Shift Leader, you will come from an electrical background and hold all relevant qualifications, certificates, and be HVAP; these are all essential. The successful Shift Leader will run a small team of 2 engineers when on nights and an additional 4 when on days, joining a continental shift pattern.
The Shift Leader's time will be split 50:50 between being on the tools and team management. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise, lead and motivate a team, and liaise with clients in a corporate environment.
In addition, you must have excellent knowledge of:
- BMS Controls
- HVAC
- Operational Experience of UPS
- Standby Power
- Critical Environment Cooling
Our client is offering:
- Up to £65,000 basic salary
