£26,000 basic salary with OTE £60,000, company car, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services

As a Business Manager with us, you will be instrumental in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.

A high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly
Influence and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers
